Telecommunications Consumer Education and Training Program
The goal of the Telecommunications Consumer Education and Training Project is to ensure that potential and current consumers of telecommunications services have the resources and knowledge available to safely and effectively utilize communication technology. It is a program designed and operated by the Opportunity Council. The information on this site may help to get you reconnected with basic phone service, increase your knowledge of consumer rights, and decrease the cost of your telephone service.
